SMG VIP provides you with a Premium Parking Service at STANSTED Airport. Drive direct to the Airport Terminal Car Park Designated Area where you will be met by our representative who will take responsibility for your car and arrange for our fully insured chauffeur to drive your car to our secure off-airport parking location for the duration of your trip. On your return, please call our chauffeur line and your car will be waiting for you at the Terminals designated location for your collection. Vans will be charged extra SMG is the oldest independent operator at Stansted providing Meet & Greet services since 2006 No need for shuttle buses. Excellent customer service with budget price. Arrival procedure
After COLLECTING your luggage you must call 07917 878566 . If you only have hand luggage please call after clearing passport control. Our representative will guide you to the pick up point. Your vehicle will be ready for collection approximately 30 minutes after your flight has landed. If for any reason you experience a delay after landing you must contact us. You are required, once all luggage has been collected to contact us.As per the restrictions on this booking you are required to pay the Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charge on drop off and pick up.

You MUST call 07917 878566 when you are approximately 25 - 30 MINUTES from the airport. Our representative will guide you to the drop off point.Our operating hours are from 04.00 - 23.55. The Airport Operations number is available between 03.45 - 00.45. If you call outside of these times your call may not be answered. If you are early we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time*. A minimum of 30 minutes notice is required. If you do not call us and arrive before your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you.If you arrive before your agreed arrival time you will be subject to Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charges. If you are running late you must call us at least 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time. We will then endeavour to rebook a new arrival time.If you do not call us and arrive after your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee a driver will be available to meet you. If we do not receive notice of your arrival we cannot guarantee a driver will be available and your booking may be forfeit.

Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork before leaving. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal or car park. We provide price comparison ONLY and acts as booking agents for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle. You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider.
