Customers must pay the £13 entry fee at the payment machine before handing over the vehicle. Only the ignition key and any required security fobs should be handed over; all other keys must be kept by the customer. Please allow sufficient time for arrival, payment, and handover procedures. If you arrive without prior notice, you may experience up to 30 minutes waiting time, and applicable parking charges will still apply.
