You park in your own reserved bay, lock your car, and board our dedicated shuttle — no key handovers, No one else drives your vehicle. Arrival procedure
On Return Call us on 07508372061 once you've collected your luggage. Our shuttle will collect you and bring you back to the car park. Return to the same parking space where you left your vehicle, unlock your car using your own keys and continue your journey home. Additional Charges Larger vehicles (vans, minibuses, trailers) incur a separate oversized-vehicle fee of £35 — this is not an airport charge. If your vehicle isn't collected by your booked return time, a late collection charge of £20 per day applies. Changes to return time — contact us directly Good to Know Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and remain covered by the customer's own insurance. Please do not leave valuables or personal belongings in your vehicle. For any changes to your return time, please contact us directly rather than the booking platform. Vehicles are parked in an open-air compound. Shuttle vehicles seat up to 8 passengers. Please contact us in advance if travelling with additional passengers or excessive luggage. We ask all customers to treat our team with courtesy and respect.
