Arrival procedure

Your vehicle will be safely parked in our secure compound. We will provide a prompt transfer to your airport departure terminal . ✈️ Return / Pick-Up Procedure Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please call us when you are ready. Our team will guide you to the designated airport pick-up location . Please allow up to 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and be prepared to wait during busy periods. 📋 Terms & Conditions Advance Call Requirement Customers must call at least 30 minutes prior to being ready for pick-up. Airport Barrier Charges A charge of £6.20 each way (drop-off and pick-up) applies and must be paid by the customer. Time Deviation Fee A £10 fee applies if there is a difference of more than 4 hours from the original booking time. Late Collection Fee A £20 per day charge applies if the vehicle is not collected on the agreed return date. Additional Passengers A charge of £5 per person applies for extra passengers on return. Key With Customer Option Customers wishing to keep their car keys can do so for an additional £5 fee . Damage Coverage We cover body damage only . We do not cover mechanical or electrical faults, wheels, or tyres . Valuables Disclaimer We are not responsible for any valuables left inside the vehicle.
