Our Meet & Greet Airport Parking service delivers a seamless and efficient start to your journey. Simply drive to the designated Short Stay Car Park at your departure terminal, where a trained representative will be waiting to receive your vehicle. Your car will be securely stored for the duration of your trip and returned to the same terminal upon your arrival, ensuring a smooth and convenient departure and return process. This service is ideal for business travellers, families, and guests seeking comfort, time savings, and ease of travel. Arrival procedure
Return Procedure When you arrive back at the airport, collect your luggage and make your way to the Short Stay Car Park at your terminal. Return to the same Meet & Greet bay where your vehicle was originally dropped off. Your car will be brought back to the designated handover point, where one of our drivers will meet you and return your keys, allowing you to continue your journey with ease. Departure procedure
Drop-Off Procedure On the day of your departure, please head to your terminal’s Short Stay Car Park and follow the signs to the designated Meet & Greet drop-off area. Take a ticket at the barrier and park your vehicle in the allocated row marked for Off-Airport Meet & Greet . One of our uniformed drivers will meet you to collect your keys, complete a quick handover, and safely transfer your vehicle to our secure facility. Arrival, Vehicle Compliance & Liability Notice Arrival Procedure Important: Customers must contact the service provider on 02046217831 approximately 20–30 minutes before arriving at the airport , quoting their booking reference number. Failure to make contact prior to arrival may result in delays , for which no liability will be accepted . Important Notes ULEZ Charge From 29 August 2023 , the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) applies at Heathrow Airport. Customers must ensure their vehicle is compliant or that Auto Pay is set up. Please note: Vehicles may be moved between different car parks and locations during the period of parking as part of our normal operations. We accept no liability for any ULEZ charges, penalties, fines, or enforcement action incurred, including those arising as a result of vehicle movement during the stay. Cancellation Policy Bookings made for the same day are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. Vehicle Compliance & Legal Responsibility All vehicles must be fully road legal at the time of handover and throughout the duration of the service , including but not limited to: Valid Vehicle Excise Duty (road tax) A current and valid MOT certificate Full compliance with all applicable UK road traffic laws and regulations By handing over the vehicle, the customer confirms, warrants, and accepts that the vehicle meets all legal requirements. We shall not be liable for: Any fines, penalties, or charges issued by authorities (including but not limited to DVLA, police, local authorities, or TfL) ULEZ, congestion, or emission-related charges Clamping, impounding, or enforcement actions Any costs, losses, or damages arising from the vehicle not being road legal Any such charges incurred during the period of our custody shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer , and we reserve the right to recover any associated costs . Airport Car Park Charges All Heathrow Airport Short Stay car park entry and exit charges are payable by the customer . By using our service, you agree and acknowledge that: These charges are not included in the booking price Payment must be made directly at the car park barriers or via Heathrow Airport systems We accept no liability for waiting time charges, tariffs, or penalties imposed by the airport Terminal Directions & Handover Procedure The following directions are provided for guidance only . We accept no liability for delays, missed directions, traffic conditions, road restrictions, or airport operational changes. Terminal 2 – TW6 1EW From M25 Junction 14, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 via Western Perimeter Road and proceed through the main tunnel. After exiting, keep right past the Central Bus Station and follow signs to Terminal 2 via Cosmopolitan Way. Remain in the right lane as the road leads up to the Short Stay Car Park (Constellation Way). Enter via lanes 5 or 6 , take a ticket, and proceed to Level 4 . Follow signs for “Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet” and park in Row B . Our chauffeur will meet you at this location. Terminal 3 – TW6 1QG From M25 Junction 14, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 via Western Perimeter Road. Proceed through the tunnel. Upon exit, remain in the left lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (Car Park 3) . Take a ticket and proceed to Level 4 , then park in Row A . Our chauffeur will meet you at this location. Terminal 4 – TW6 3XA Follow signs to Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park . Proceed to Level 2 and follow signs for “Off Airport Meet & Greet” . Please have your booking confirmation and return flight details ready . Our chauffeur will meet you at this location. Terminal 5 – TW6 2GA Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park (located on the right-hand side from the roundabout). Enter the car park, take a ticket, and proceed to Level 4 , keeping to the left. Park in Zones R–S , designated for “Off Airport Meet & Greet” . Our chauffeur will meet you at this location. Return Procedure On your return, please contact us on 020 4621 7831 once you have collected your baggage. Your vehicle will then be arranged for delivery to the same terminal short stay car park location where it was originally handed over .
