Company operating time is 4am till 23:59 From 1st November 2021, Heathrow will be introducing a charge for vehicles dropping off passengers at its Terminals forecourts. A £8 per visit will apply to use the designated drop off zones located directly outside the airport Terminals. AIRPORT DROP OFF CHARGES To the terminal: £8 Return transfer: £8 Strictly card payments only. PUBLIC BUS OPTION Alternatively, you can use the public buses from outside the car park. Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION. Keys are kept with the car park Amendments /Cancellations Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details. If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged. Please check Service Provider's terms for rates. Hints ,Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You can also view you booking details in My Booking section. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns. If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times. Keys are kept with the car park. Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car. Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park. Make sure you have read and understood our and Service Provider's terms before purchasing. If you require any additional detail or have any queries about terms, please get in touch with us. Important We provide price comparison and acts as booking agents for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle. You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. A charge of £8 each way will apply to use the designated drop-off zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost. £16 will be collected at Parking counter at time of departure. Alternatively you can use public transport outside the car park. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures.
