Park & Ride Service – Frequent drop-off and collection at the airport for a seamless travel experience. CCTV Monitored – All parking areas are under 24/7 surveillance for vehicle safety. Operating Hours – Service available from 04:00 AM to 11:59 PM daily. Disabled Access If you require assistance with entering or exiting your vehicle, or if your vehicle is specially adapted, our team can coordinate directly with the Service Provider to ensure a smooth experience. Insurance Please review the Service Provider’s terms for insurance coverage. For any queries regarding insurance, contact us directly. Amendments & Cancellations Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the drop-off date, with applicable administration fees. Extended stays beyond the booked period will incur additional parking charges. Please refer to the Service Provider’s terms for exact rates. Hints, Tips & Additional Information Keep a copy of your booking confirmation and check your email’s junk/spam folders. Booking details are also available in the My Booking section. Allow sufficient time for drop-off and airport departure procedures, accounting for traffic or unexpected delays. Early or late arrivals should be communicated to the Service Provider to avoid waiting times. Last-minute changes without notice may cause delays. Parking facilities are inspected and approved to Park Mark / BPA standards . Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please remove all valuables before handing over keys. Inspect your vehicle at collection and report any issues to the driver. Claims cannot be considered once the vehicle has left the terminal or car park.

Arrival procedure

Terminal 2 : Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to the pick up area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there. Terminal 3 : Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there. Terminal 4 : Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1. Terminal 5 : Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.

Departure procedure

Please Call the number provided in booking confirmation when you are 20 minutes away from the car park. When you arrive, park your car in one of the arrival bays where a staff will be available to attend you. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 15-20 minutes. Car park opening times are 4:30 am till Midnight. Keys are left with the car park. From 1st November 2021, Heathrow will be introducing a charge for vehicles dropping off passengers at its Terminals forecourts. The £10 will be collected per booking at the counter at time of departure.
