Our Meet & Greet Airport Parking service delivers a seamless and efficient start to your journey. Simply drive to the designated Short Stay Car Park at your departure terminal, where a trained representative will be waiting to receive your vehicle. Your car will be securely stored for the duration of your trip and returned to the same terminal upon your arrival, ensuring a smooth and convenient departure and return process. This service is ideal for business travellers, families, and guests seeking comfort, time savings, and ease of travel. Arrival procedure

Return Procedure When you arrive back at the airport, collect your luggage and make your way to the Short Stay Car Park at your terminal. Return to the same Meet & Greet bay where your vehicle was originally dropped off. Your car will be brought back to the designated handover point, where one of our drivers will meet you and return your keys, allowing you to continue your journey with ease. Departure procedure

Drop-Off Procedure On the day of your departure, please head to your terminal’s Short Stay Car Park and follow the signs to the designated Meet & Greet drop-off area. Take a ticket at the barrier and park your vehicle in the allocated row marked for Off-Airport Meet & Greet . One of our uniformed drivers will meet you to collect your keys, complete a quick handover, and safely transfer your vehicle to our secure facility. Terms worth knowing

Important Before You Travel Please call 07754 647575 at least 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. Arriving without prior notice may result in a wait of up to 30 minutes , and any airport parking charges incurred will be payable by the customer. If your return flight is earlier or later than originally booked, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid delays. Any booking extensions or amendments will be charged at £30 per additional day , payable directly to the driver. A new day starts at 00:01 . If you plan to arrive earlier or later than your booked drop-off time, please provide 2–3 hours' notice . While we will do our best to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed. Terminal 2 Postcode: TW6 1EW Departure Follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park . Take a ticket at the entry barrier and proceed to Level 4 . Follow signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and park in Row B . Return After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number provided at vehicle collection. Proceed to Level 4, Row B of the Short Stay Car Park, where your vehicle will be returned. Terminal 3 Postcode: TW6 1QG Departure Follow signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (Car Park 3) . Take a ticket at the barrier, proceed to Level 4 , and park in Row A . Return After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number provided at vehicle collection. Take the lift to Level 4, Row A , where your vehicle will be returned. Terminal 4 Postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Follow signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Passenger Pick-Up . Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to Level 2 . Follow signs for Off Airport Meet & Greet and park in any available bay. Return After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number provided at vehicle collection. Cross the road to the Short Stay Car Park, take the lift to Level 2 , and collect your vehicle from the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area. Terminal 5 Postcode: TW6 2GA Departure Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park . Stay in the lane marked Level 4 , take a ticket at the barrier, and proceed to Zones R–S . Park in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area. Return After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number provided at vehicle collection. Proceed to Level 4, Zone R or S , where your vehicle will be returned. Additional Information Airport Parking Charges Please note that Heathrow Airport Short Stay parking charges are not included in your booking price and must be paid separately. ULEZ Charge The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) applies throughout Heathrow Airport and Greater London. Vehicles that do not meet emissions standards may be subject to a £12.50 daily charge . We recommend setting up Auto Pay to avoid penalty charges. The parking operator accepts no liability for any ULEZ penalties incurred. Vehicle Security We strongly recommend that no valuables are left inside your vehicle. The parking operator cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Booking Terms Compare Parking Smart Ltd and acts solely as a booking agent for the parking services advertised on our website. Your parking contract is directly with the selected parking operator and service provider. Any service-related claims, disputes, or complaints should be addressed directly to the parking provider responsible for delivering the service. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
