This Meet and Greet Service operates from Terminal 4 only., From 29th August 2023 new ULEZ charges will affect bookings at most car parks serving Heathrow for vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 emissions regulations - please make sure you check before you travel. Edward Lloyd Parking will not be able to take your car if it is not legal and roadworthy or is in any other way unsafe to drive, such as tyre tread not within the legal limit. Edward Lloyd do not accept Left hand drive vehicles. Please call Edward Lloyd at least 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.
Arrival procedure
Please call once you have landed, then call again when you have collected your luggage. Return to the Short Stay Car Park, Level 2 Row F, where your car will await you.
Departure procedure
Please call 07944535904 when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal. Make your way to the Short Stay car park at Terminal 4. Once you have met the driver, he will inspect your car with you for any existing damage. Edward Lloyd will then confirm your return details. Your car will then be driven to a secure compound. When returning from an overnight long-haul flight, please ensure you enter the correct date you land in the UK.

If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport, from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you must pay £12.50. Please make sure to set up AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets. The operator will not be liable if you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.
