A £5 per visit will apply to use the designated drop off zones located directly outside the airport Terminals. The £10 will be collected at the counter at time of departure. Car park Post Code SL3 9NU Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to booking. NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION. Keys are left with the car park. Amendments /Cancellations Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full details. Hints ,Tips and Additional info Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays or breakdowns. If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to drop off/ return times. Keys are kept with the car park. Park Mark Award/BPA approved Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards. Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car. Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park. Make sure you have read and understood our and Service Provider's terms before purchasing. We provide price comparison and acts as booking agents for available Service Providers. Your chosen Service provider will take the vehicle, park to their car park and return the vehicle. You must raise any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) with service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Departure procedure

Departure procedure Please call when you are 30 minutes away from the car park. A charge of £6 per visit each way will apply to use the designated drop-off zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost. Total of £12 will be collected at the time of departure. (Pay by card option available) When you entered to the car park please park your car on the right hand side and wait for our staff member to guide you.You will have to leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the designated area in the car park. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal by our staff.

Terms worth knowing

Please call 07413 818425 when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the car park. A charge of £7 per visit, each way, applies for the use of the designated Heathrow Airport drop-off zones located directly outside the terminals. This charge is not included in your booking price. Total drop-off charge: £14 (£7 each way). Payment can be made by card or cash on arrival. ULEZ Information The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) operates across all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle does not meet the required emissions standards, you may be required to pay the applicable ULEZ charge. We recommend setting up Auto Pay before travelling to avoid any penalty charges, as vehicles may be moved within our parking compounds during the parking period. The operator accepts no liability for any ULEZ penalties incurred due to non-payment. You will be required to leave your vehicle keys with us so that your vehicle can be moved within the compound if required.
