Accessibility & Assistance This service is suitable for disabled passengers as there is no requirement to use a transfer bus. If you require additional assistance getting in or out of your vehicle, or if you are travelling with a specially adapted vehicle, support can be arranged by contacting the service team in advance to ensure suitable arrangements are made. Insurance & Charges All vehicles are fully insured while in the care of our drivers, providing complete peace of mind throughout the service. Please note that airport short stay or terminal parking charges (such as Heathrow fees) are not included in the booking. In addition, airport drop-off and pick-up fees (approximately £7 each way) are also not included in the price. Additional charges may apply for larger vehicles such as vans and minibuses. The average shuttle transfer time is approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Arrival procedure
After collecting your luggage, please notify us of your arrival using the provided contact details or instructions given in your booking confirmation. • Our shuttle service will collect you from the designated pickup point and transfer you back to the car park. • Your vehicle and keys (where applicable) will be prepared and ready for collection upon your return.
Departure procedure
For Park & Ride bookings, customers are kindly requested to proceed to the designated drop-off area and check in at reception with their luggage and vehicle keys. As a booking agent, we will ensure your vehicle is securely parked in the allocated parking area on your behalf. • Luggage assistance is available. • A complimentary shuttle service will transfer you to the terminal. The average journey time is approximately 10 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.

Prime PARKING Glasgow – PARK & RIDE / SELF PARK & RIDE PROCEDURE Before You Arrive: Please call us on 07354 596731 when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the car park. Sat nav may not direct you to the main gate correctly, so please use the following Google Maps link or scan the QR code if available: https://maps.app.goo.gl/k18PPzeMYftJCJqU7?g_st=iw Car Park Address: Prime Parking Glasgow 55 Clark Street, Paisley PA3 1QS On Arrival: For Park & Ride bookings: Please drive to the drop-off area and proceed to reception with your luggage and car keys. We will park your vehicle in the designated area. For Self Park & Ride bookings: Please park in the marked bay and keep your keys. Our team will guide you if needed. Luggage assistance is available. Our free shuttle will transfer you to the terminal. Average journey time is 10 minutes but may vary depending on traffic. On Return: After collecting your luggage, call us on 07354 596731 to notify us of your arrival. Our shuttle will collect you from the designated pickup point and return you to the car park. Your car and keys (if applicable) will be ready for you. Late Collection Charges: If the vehicle is not collected within the booked return time, late collection charges will apply at £20 per day unless agreed otherwise in writing. For any changes to return times after drop-off, you must inform us directly (not via the booking agent). Any payments due for extended stays or changes must be settled directly with us upon collection. Additional Charges: Airport drop-off and pick-up charges (currently £7 each way) are not included in your parking fee. These are payable directly at the car park. Larger vehicles such as transit vans, extra-long wheelbase vehicles, and vehicles with trailers are subject to an additional fee of £35. Important Information: Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and covered by the customer’s own insurance. All vehicles are parked in an open-air, fenced compound with monitored access. Rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and may report incidents.
